ADDITIONAL PROJECTS

BEFORE & AFTER FAMILY ROOM: Painted paneling, fireplace & beams. Replaced carpet with hardwood flooring, new furniture & accessories. 

BEFORE & AFTER BASEMENT KITCHEN: Replaced existing kitchen with new cabinetry and quartz countertops. Replaced sink and fixtures.  Updated & added additional lighting. 

BEFORE & AFTER BASEMENT: Removed brick facade perimeter wall, paneling, carpet and laminate flooring and replaced with new stacked stone wall tile, drywall and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Updated and added additional lighting. 

BEFORE LIVING ROOM REDESIGN

AFTER LIVING ROOM REDESIGN: Expanded the living room by removing walls, and building up the sunken floor and adding hardwood flooring. 

  BEFORE  &  AFTER MUDROOM TURNED HOME OFFICE: Replaced flooring with a luxury vinyl plank, replaced door and window. Built soffit around existing HVAC duct work, updated lighting.
